The Deep Dish Pizza was born in Chicago between 1943 and 1956 with the idea of making a "Stuffed Pizza". Today, more than 60 years after its creation, this concept arrives in Peru with the highest quality standards in the artisan dough preparation (with sourdough and a demanding leavening process) and sauce (pure tomato and long cooking). We are Quarto Elemento.
